Eh, probably the wrong person to ask for advice on this sort of thing or advice in general. For myself, it’s not exactly a confidence thing? I still do worry about things such as my anatomy being all wonky and making no technical sense. Poses/positions being super unappealing. (But I try to make things look /decent/ by my own standards.)
After a while, I mean. It’s just nudity and sex. Kinda like seeing a pair of breast enough times they’re just…breast. Nothing special/You’ve seen them all. Same for drawing it. I kinda just grew numb to drawing NSFW stuff over time. (Considering that’s the majority of what I do for a living for the last SEVERAL years.)
The advice I’d suggest would be to draw more NSFW for yourself. Drawing lewd stuff between two people make you feel uncomfortable? Cover them up underneath a blanket, show their clothes coming off, show an erection through the sheet folds. Small stuff like that. Imply there is lewd making. Just don’t show it. Ease into it until your confident enough to go far more lewd with things? When you get to the nudity territory, If you start having trouble with complicated poses, things feel too stiff or bland. Reference. Find something similar or something you find appealing. No shame in that. (We all gotta learn from something or someone. Though I’d suggest learning more about how the actual body works. That’ll take you way further than just referencing.)
