Just waiting.

I wanted to update everyone Monday here on Tumblr, Furaffinity and through emails. Holding off a tad longer until I finish settling my current home situation. But I’ll (hopefully) be properly back to being active this Friday with some updates with what’s been going on. (Also. To any followers affected by Irma over the weekend, you guys stay safe as fuck out there. I got friends and mutuals in FL. Seem it wasn’t that bad for some areas? Still, hope life starts going back to normal for you guys soon enough + power returns.)

I’m alive!

Sorry my responses have slowed down immensely this weekend. (Still, have half of the commission emails to send out and inquiries to respond to! My apologies there everyone!)

I was stressing the hell out + breaks/pads/rotors broke on my truck (not paying for that shit right now, house first) + anxious waiting on a response from the management company thinking I got passed up for the place. Nah, apparently I was just being a jackass.

Running back and forth with the management company today/tomorrow for the rental and my bank because I stupidly sent in the wrong documents/there was an easier way I wasn’t aware of they talked me through it. So trying to get that sorted out as soon as possible.

Hopefully, I can start work/dying comfortably in the new place VERY soon.

Gonna try not to jinx it, but keeping my fingers crossed!

Here we go! What you’ll have to do is simple and doesn’t really need much explanation if you’ve read the title; Draw an original SUPER HEROINE or VILLAINESS. This includes antiheroes and the like, get creative with it! 

You can draw them in any situation you like, both NSFW and SFW drawings will be accepted along with anything in between.

The prize for the competition will be $200 to the winner!

Opening Colored Sketches Early!

Mentioned these would be opening up later this month. Finishing up the last few sketches this weekend. But with this everything for the potential move should be covered, no more extra work for August! (I’ll hopefully get the rental and be moved into the new place before / by September.)

I would like to know if you are open for commissions, I am aware that I already sent an email but I have not received an answer. I hate to pry, but I honestly would like to buy a piece.

Right now I have Colored Character Pages open. See a few posts back to fill out a form! (I need to finish responding to those!)

But not taking any new “normal” commissions. (Still got quite a few to finish)

I can’t spare the time or work at the usual prices unless it can be done quickly. But I’ll be opening up Colored Sketches again next week. (Easier to do. Finishing the coloring on some now! They will be open either by Monday or in the middle of the week. It all depends on how quickly I need to gather what I can.)

Still need to paint way more. But i’m pretty happy with a better understanding on hard/soft edges and adjusting values so everything doesn’t look like one big soft blurry image. Old pieces i retouched last year (the top image I’ve been using on my twitter for a while now) Bottom is a redraw from a piece from 2011. (I’d post the original if I could find it.It was PRETTY bad.)

Looking back at the first bust. Her head looks fuckng weird. I wanna give it another retouch sometime or do one of those yearly “re-draw this” challenge.

I really NEED to paint more.
