“The Raid” (First Chapter – WIP)

Got the okay from Patrons to show of these very Rough Sketches for a RPG like comic series I’ll be working on the side between commissions work/personal artwork.

The series itself has no major plot, it takes place in a /hub/ like virtual gaming world with a large variety of games tailored to those who enjoy MMO’s both Fantasy and Sci-fi based. (From PVE, PVP, Story Driven Quests, Raids or Objective based game modes.) With there being no real plot, the main characters are often shuffled around. (So there’s no focus on the same character(s) every new chapter. There will be re-occurring characters/NPC(s) for sure! But more likely not the main focus.)

And the best part, is that this series is going to consist mainly of Patrons, Friends, other artists characters acting as the Main Characters/Focus for each chapter! Just bringing back an old idea that I feel would be fun for myself and others.

(The comic will not be in the above format. Not the plain boring rectangle boxes. It will be in 4-7 panels each page with a few splash pages here and there. In FULL colored. Think of Kanie’s Dream. I won’t be using the above format because the above roughed pages were meant to be a 3 page short story but it ended up longer than expected. So the above will be considered 3 PAGES/The prologue. Everything AFTER these will be your standard comic format.)
