Gonna TLDR this real quick.
I’m sorry for October for my absence. GOT A HOUSE! (Without a co-signer. Big thanks to you guys!) Streams will more likely be returning early November or at the very least gonna set up a discord for things like streams, games or just general stuff. (probably not though. cuz I suck at social interaction. my bad.) More likely gonna set up another discord account though to speak with commissioners directly. o/

Thanks to commissioners and you guys for supporting me. I’ve been slow, I’ve been hectically messing up, stumbling, but I’m eternally grateful that you guys continued to help and support me to this point. I was able to get my first vehicle, had my first job working for Amazon and I finally got my own place again this time my first house without the toxicity that comes with it. I was able to hit every goal I set for 2017.

It means so damn much. Though, I sure as hell don’t feel like I deserve it yet. Lots of things like poor communication and being pretty unprofessional on my part. And I don’t think I ever will until I’ve actually caught up with every piece of owed work. But I do hope as continue to catch up, finish up and get to work, I’ll eventually get to the part of my life I’ve actually earned all that’s been given to me up to this point. Got my work cut out for me, but I’m okay with that. Having this bit of freedom on-top of doing far better than when I started makes it feel pretty worth it.

I’ve been moving/coping/taking care of loose ends/had a short-hiatus for the last several weeks. I’m getting back into gear now that I can focus just on myself.  

No rent for the next 6 months. (Counting October) So this gives me time to ease up on adding more work and finishing up owed work for commissioners and the backlog of unfinished pages.

With the new bit of space, environment change, LOTS of places nearby to go to refresh/recharge my batteries and future plans. I have no excuse for any mess ups other than myself.

Found a nice 1bed-room apartment and in an IDEAL location, going in tomorrow morning for a proper tour and filling out the papers. (On a short-term lease, which is actually do-able without having to wait until December/January to have all the savings to do a long-term 12-month lease.)

Got a family member who could and would be willing to be a co-signer for this. Took some back and forth but my aunt is a very sweet lady, but she’s has been burnt in the past by family members that pretty much screwed her over even if they were being pretty genuine. So I understand her reasoning (or anyone’s for that matter) for wanting to avoid risks as much as possible even as her nephew/proving to her I make more than the income needed. She’s more at ease about the whole thing.

The condition I gave is that “the entire lease will be paid upfront before moving in.” (Pretty much what I was planning to do without a co-signer) That’s it and she was alright with it.

This is extremely do-able.

Here is the HELP part.

I could really use the last bit of assistance and I should be perfectly alright on my own from here. My income is solid, I can get back to finishing up a massive chunk of owed work with no distractions soon and put together a proper “setup/office”.

I do not want to take a chunk of commissions like sketches or multiple mini-commissions. That shit will burn me out again rather quickly.
I would like to take on fewer but LARGER almost project like commissions to be done in the months of October to December so that I may continue to work at the same time on normal owed commissions, comic projects and patreon content in way better conditions with no damn distractions.

Not asking for a handout.
But what I can offer are these options:

$350 – Animation (Similiar Style to: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/23471221/ Something short or just a loop. Colored. Please understand, if you do WANT an animation. I’m rusty as fuck and still learning. If you’re okay with not the best animating skills out there and are okay with helping me adjust the animation for YOU, then we can set something up. I would like to keep the gif SHORT.)
