What are your current coping mechanisms?

isolation and disassociating from everyone/everything that is not work-related for extremely long periods of time. (months)

Been trying to get rid of those specifically.

Edit: I do game, attempt small talk with others and been trying to pick back up using art as a means to Vent. As of late a lot of it does nothing long enough to really sink in(?) to improve my mood/attitude/shitty thoughts or I straight up feel worse than when I attempted said thing lol.
