Warmed up earlier today doing some doodles on an NC server I hosted with some art friends. Just compiled/cropped a bunch of the Fei’s, colored up a few that I drew! (nyanchat, it’s basically open canvas / drawpile with friends )

Still getting use to this new tablet.

I want to NC/OC more. Forgot how fun it can be sometimes drawing with other artists and nyanchat’s tools aren’t that bad.

Still need to paint way more. But i’m pretty happy with a better understanding on hard/soft edges and adjusting values so everything doesn’t look like one big soft blurry image. Old pieces i retouched last year (the top image I’ve been using on my twitter for a while now) Bottom is a redraw from a piece from 2011. (I’d post the original if I could find it.It was PRETTY bad.)

Looking back at the first bust. Her head looks fuckng weird. I wanna give it another retouch sometime or do one of those yearly “re-draw this” challenge.

I really NEED to paint more.
