have you looked to see what it would cost on Amazon? I got MS5 some time ago for a fair price?
I have Clip Studio Pro // MS5
But trying to get my hands on Clipstudio EX (Your frames are not limited unlike CS pro) And a $200 EX isn’t exactly on my tight budget atm.
