Yes and No. (It all depends on the area)

On one street it’s a nicer version of the ghetto. (well-kept lawns, barely no trash, homes don’t look they were busted into/knocked down by a really angry hurricane + Less crazy people, but more houses being broken into for cash/TVs/jewelry/etc)

Then literally ON the next block/street over, you get the messier part of the ghetto (HD Fallout Mod + wacky npc + random shopping carts everywhere edition ) busted/ abandoned houses (folks still living in em) caved in roads, torn down fences/gates, knocked down streetlights and electrical cables. It’s pretty nice (You get crazy/petty ass people all the time. but funny enough It AIN’T that bad. Folks mind their own business and are pretty [respectful] as long as you mind your own…The kids on the other hand…)

TMI: Want a perfect example? Google Earth “2650 Buena Vista Street, Detroit, MI” then stop when you get to “3200 Buena Vista Street, Detroit, MI”. Just near an old neighborhood of mines growing up. See if you can spot anything different between these streets that are right next to each other.
